TMZ reported on Feb. 2 that an Amanda Bynes eviction notice has forced the actress to move out of her New York City apartment. This is just one of many recent stumbles for the once squeaky clean former child actress.
Sources told the popular gossip site that the management of the apartment complex served her with papers that said her lease was terminated because she was a “building nuisance.” Apparently, the eviction notice came after several complaints by other tenants rolled in claiming that marijuana smoke was coming out of her apartment.
According to the source, this was happening in the morning, noon and night. She even allegedly smoked marijuana in the halls of the apartment complex. Whether you are pro- or anti-marijuana, the fact is that Bynes lived in a non-smoking building. Instead of complaining about the eviction, Bynes hired a moving truck and is leaving.
Bynes finished 2012 with some good news, as a Los Angeles judge threw out two hit and run criminal charges against Bynes after she reached a settlement with both victims of the accidents. While she still has a DUI case pending, it looked like Bynes escaped a close call.
With her actions lately, Amanda Bynes needs to be careful that she doesn’t run into Lindsay Lohan level problems.
