Charges of possession of illegal drugs will be filed against the Australian today, said police. Police said Brough is married to a Cebuana and has been living in barangay Langtad, Argao for the past three years. Police said Brough was arrested last week when an  eatery owner complained that he did not pay for the food he ordered.
