The property in Collier Street, just off the B2162, was raided following a tip-off.
Officers said they discovered a sophisticated factory designed for the cultivation of cannabis. The plants, which were in the early stages of production, will now be destroyed.
Inspector Jay Allen from Kent Police said: “In shutting down this factory we have struck quite a blow to someone who is involved in the production of drugs and stopped a supply of cannabis to the streets of Kent. The factory is in the process of being dismantled by my officers and we are now turning our attention to identifying those involved.”
