Crysis 2 Multiplayer Demo Announced

EA and developer Crytek announced a multiplayer demo for Crysis 2 this morning, set to arrive exclusively on Xbox Live for Gold Subscribers next week. Starting January 25th, Xbox Live Gold subscribers will get a chance to use Nano-suit abilties on the Skyline map with two game modes: Team Instant Action and Crash Site.

Team Instant Action follows standard team deathmatch rules, while Crash Site will see players vie for control of alien drop pods a la Capture the Flag.

Crysis 2’s multiplayer is being developed by Crytek UK, which is composed of former Free Radical employees, best known for the TimeSplitters series and most recently Haze for the PlayStation 3.
