The Associated Press reports Sunday on Colorado and Washington’s plans to tax and regulate sales of now-legal hash. In Washington, hash will be allowed in infused products.

In Colorado hash and hash oil will be legal.

The piece led notable drug war advocate Kevin Sabet to tweet in response: “If marijuana “dabbing” is “the way the industry is going,” we’re in a whole lot of trouble. Dabbing is deadly.”

Really? “Deadly”? Isn’t that more drug warrior scaremongering?
