The group seeking to put a medical marijuana issue on the 2014 ballot.
It has gathered enough signatures to get its ballot language reviewed by the Florida Supreme Court, the group’s chairman John Morgan said Thursday.
United For Care has collected 110,000 signatures to support its proposal to allow marijuana for medical purposes.
The group needs 573,000 more signatures to get it on the ballot, and Morgan – an Orlando attorney and major political fundraiser — said the effort continues.
