Sweet Potato Puree With Marijuana Butter

Makes four servings.

4 medium-size sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons of Canna Butter*

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup warm cream

Pierce the potatoes in several places with a knife. Place on an oven rack and bake for 1 hour or until tender. Cut the potatoes lengthwise in half and scoop out the pulp into a blender and add butter, salt and cream. Blend into a puree.
