Joseph E. Jelly, 29, of 126 Bradford Drive, Beechmont, was charged with Drug Paraphernalia – Buy-Possess, Friday evening, January 6 by Detective Wade Griggs.
Another resident at the same address Johnson W. Vaughn, 30, was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia – Buy/Possess.
The men were charged after Deputy Pat Putnam went to the residence to serve an EPO and detected a strong smell of marijuana.
Sheriff Curtis McGehee and Special Deputy Brock Mefford assisted in the arrest.
