Michelle Graham, 37, pleaded guilty Tuesday to marijuana possession and violating of three court orders, including one to stay away from drugs.
Graham was under a drug ban because of a prior drug conviction and was also prohibited from contacting other people with drug convictions.
Police raided an apartment last Nov. 24 and found her with five grams of marijuana and in the company of a man with a significant drug history, said federal prosecutor Michael Robb.
In January, while under a court order to stay away from the apartment building, a Sarnia police officer found her there again.
Multiple prior drug convictions were admitted.
A joint submission by defence and Crown lawyers called for a 60-day sentence, including 13 days of pre-sentence custody.
She knows the substance-abuse issue needs to be addressed, said defence lawyer Ken Marley.
